Refund Policy and Requirements
To be eligible for a return the items need to be in unused and in its original state, with all packaging intact. They must be hairless, unaltered, and unwashed. We will only honour the refund if the items are returned within 21 days from the date of delivery for those residing in Canada & the United States. For International orders, a refund is honoured if the item(s) are returned within 30 days.
HOW TO RETURN
How to return your items:
Email hello@batpigco.com to let us know you have an item to return. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.
Place the unworn item(s) back in the original packaging. Please print off your original order receipt that includes your order number and send the item(s) back to:

It is your responsibility to pay for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping items, you should consider using a tracking number. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
